Mindfulness

During the corona virus quarantine, I started doing meditation. I think one goal everyone has in life is to be happy. I know my life can sometimes be crazy busy and I do not get to have time to myself. I always thought meditation would never help me, but I was so wrong. After I started to meditate, my self awareness and overall happiness has improved.

There are so many apps and videos you can use to learn how to meditate. I started with downloading the app called Inscape. There are lots of free exercises with various categories, depending on what you want to focus on.
