Working out is a great way to feel productive. The hard thing about working out for me is that I find it hard for me to get motivated to go to the gym. However, my sisters and I motivate each other to work out together and I have begun to work out almost everyday with them.
The other obstacle with working out is that I never know what exercises I should do during the workout. The Nike Training app is so helpful with this. It is free and and it offers so many great workouts with different intensities and time durations that you can easily do at home or at the gym. You can also use other workout apps or look up YouTube videos. I make it my goal to do some type of workout everyday so that I feel that I have accomplished something to better my physical health each day.
